Noble West is one of Noblesville's larger communities, and it is still building: the active Westmoor sections put it among the busiest permit addresses in the city. That means two kinds of work side by side, and we do both. For the settled streets, the patios and driveway extensions the builder never included. For the new Westmoor homes, flatwork sequenced around the builder's settling fill. 4000 PSI air-entrained concrete, Noblesville permits handled. Free on-site estimate.
Because Noble West spans both settled streets and brand-new sections, the project list runs the full range, but it clusters around a few jobs:
Every pour is 4000 PSI air-entrained concrete on a compacted #53 stone base with a #4 rebar grid, saw-cut so the slab cracks on the control joint. The finish matches your home and clears your HOA.
In a community that holds both new and established homes, the single most important question is how old your home is. On a settled street, the builder's backfill has largely finished moving, and most patios and driveway extensions can go ahead on the existing grade. In a just-closed Westmoor home, the fill around the foundation is still settling, and a slab poured on it too soon follows the ground down and cracks at the corners.
A warranty detail makes the timing matter more, and it surprises most buyers. Indiana's statutory new-home warranty (IC 32-27-2-4) excludes your driveway, walkway, patio, and landscaping. The NAHB standard builders use says the builder fills settled ground one time only during the warranty period, and that changing the grade yourself ends that obligation. So on a new Westmoor home, pouring in the settle zone before the builder's one-time fill window closes can mean paying to demolish and replace your own new concrete.
No rule forces a wait. When you want the work now, we over-excavate the soft fill and set the slab on a deeper compacted stone bed that extends past the forms, so the concrete bridges the settling ground. We tell you which path your lot calls for at the estimate.
The permit side is the same across the community. Noble West is inside Noblesville city limits, so the city governs and the ordinance exempts driveways, sidewalks, and curbs from a building permit (UDO § 159.121(C)(3)). The binding limits are the 45% impervious lot-coverage cap (§ 159.016) and the encroachment permit for work touching the street, with a new-pavement surcharge likely on the newest streets. The full breakdown is on our Noblesville concrete permit guide.
Noble West is a large Noblesville community along Noble Crossing Parkway, anchored by the Noble West commercial center and spanning both established neighborhoods and newer single-family sections. The Westmoor sections are the active front, among the busiest permit addresses in the city through 2026, which is what makes the area both an aftermarket and a new-construction market at the same time.
The homes range from settled family houses to brand-new builds on platted lots, so the project mix runs from first patios and driveway extensions to replacement work on the older streets. We pour the same 4000 PSI mix and run the same finishing crew here that we run across Hamilton County.
We serve the whole Noble West area and the surrounding Noblesville corridors, including the nearby The Timbers and Magnolia Ridge communities and the Finch Creek cluster. A sample of recent pours from our Madison & Hamilton County rotation. Same 4000 PSI air-entrained mix, same rebar grid, same finishing crew, whether the pour is in Anderson, Noblesville, or any city in between. Captions show the job's actual location and scope.
