By requesting an estimate, accepting a written quote, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or request services.

Estimates are free and provided on-site. We visit your property, measure the project scope, and deliver a written fixed-price quote within 48 hours of the visit. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.

Quotes are based on conditions observed at the time of the estimate visit. If site conditions materially change before the project begins — including but not limited to changes in subgrade conditions, scope modifications requested by the customer, or unforeseen underground obstructions — Anderson Concrete Professionals reserves the right to revise the quote. We will notify you of any price change before proceeding.

Estimates are for the specific project described. Changes to project scope, dimensions, or specifications after acceptance of the written quote may result in a revised price. We will provide a written change order for any scope change before performing the additional work.

Payment terms are specified in each written project quote. Standard terms for residential projects are:

• A deposit of up to 50% may be required to secure a project start date on larger jobs
• Final payment is due upon project completion, before the crew demobilizes from the site
• We accept check, cash, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply for card payments)

Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Anderson Concrete Professionals reserves the right to pursue collection of overdue accounts and to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs in the event of litigation.

Permit fees, material escalation charges, and applicable Indiana sales tax (where required by law) are either included in the project quote or noted as pass-through costs. We will itemize any pass-through costs at the time of quoting.

Anderson Concrete Professionals provides a 60-day workmanship warranty on all concrete flatwork we pour. This warranty covers defects in installation — cracking caused by improper subgrade preparation, inadequate reinforcement, or pour technique — but does not cover:

• Cracking caused by tree roots, soil settlement, or other site conditions not observable at the time of the estimate
• Surface damage caused by deicing chemicals, snowplows, or heavy vehicle traffic beyond the load class specified in the project quote
• Cosmetic surface variation, color variation, or minor surface cracking that does not affect structural integrity
• Damage caused by modifications to the slab after project completion by parties other than Anderson Concrete Professionals

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to 765-358-7002 or the address above within the 60-day warranty period. We will inspect the claim within a reasonable time and provide a written determination. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the original project address.

When included in the project quote, Anderson Concrete Professionals will obtain required permits on your behalf. You authorize us to submit permit applications to the applicable city, county, or state agencies. Permit fees are passed through at cost.

Customer responsibilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring clear site access on the scheduled pour date, including moving vehicles, unlocking gates, and notifying neighbors of any access needs. If site conditions prevent the crew from beginning work on the scheduled date due to customer-caused delays, a rescheduling fee may apply.

The customer is responsible for obtaining HOA approval where required. Anderson Concrete Professionals will provide documentation to support the HOA submission but cannot guarantee HOA approval timelines or outcomes.

By providing your phone number on our quote request form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Anderson Concrete Professionals related to your estimate, scheduling, and project. This consent is granular: a separate optional checkbox covers marketing messages and is not pre-checked.

Revoking consent. Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also call 765-358-7002 to remove your number.

Phone number ownership. You represent that you are the current account holder, subscriber, or authorized user of the phone number you provide. If you no longer own or use that number — for example, if it is reassigned to another person — you remain responsible for notifying us so the number can be removed from our texting list.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on project status. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Anderson Concrete Professionals' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to mediation before litigation. The parties agree that Madison County, Indiana is the proper venue for any legal proceedings.
