Cracked driveway from road salt? Sunken slab tilting toward your foundation? RV pad that can't hold the weight? We pour 4000 PSI air-entrained concrete with fiber mesh reinforcement — built specifically for the Indiana freeze-thaw cycle that destroys ordinary 3000 PSI mixes.

Engineered for Indiana Freeze-Thaw
Standard 3000 PSI mixes spall and crack within 5 winters of road salt exposure. Our 4000 PSI air-entrained mix builds in microscopic air pockets that absorb freeze expansion. Sourced from SRM Ready Mix to a consistent #57-aggregate, 7%-air spec on every pour.
Reinforcement Spec'd to the Load
Residential flatwork: #3 rebar grid at 24" on center. Commercial slabs: #4 rebar grid at 18" with fiber mesh in the mix. We don't under-spec a driveway by treating it like a parking lot — or over-spec a patio by burying steel it doesn't need.
Year-Round Winter Pours
Hot water mix, non-chloride accelerator (NCA), and curing blankets let us pour down to a 30°F ambient minimum — through December and January, not just into the shoulder season. Don't lose 4 months waiting for a slab.
We Handle the Permits
Carmel ROW permit + Board of Public Works approval for curb cuts, Anderson Right-of-Way, Fishers Activity Permits, Westfield WeConnect, Town of Zionsville Planning & Building — we navigate the portals, post the bonds, and track the filings so you don't.
Seven core cities. Plus the neighborhoods nobody else serves.
Anderson, IN · Madison County
Our home base. We know Madison County's Right-of-Way permit process, the Scatterfield Road commercial corridor, and the neighborhoods around Anderson University and Prairie Creek Reservoir better than any contractor driving in from Hamilton County.
Pendleton, IN · Madison County
Pendleton generates more RV pad and culvert work than anywhere else we serve. Rural drives along SR-38 and the I-69 interchange feed a steady stream of long-run driveway projects that require culvert installation before any concrete can go down.
Noblesville, IN · Hamilton County
Noblesville work splits between Morse Reservoir lakefront properties, master-planned communities like Finch Creek, and a Hamilton County building department that processes more residential permits than any other office in our territory.
Fishers, IN · Hamilton County
Fishers requires an Activity Permit for most flatwork that touches the ROW — a process we've navigated across the HOA-governed neighborhoods between Hamilton Town Center and the I-69 / SR-37 interchange.
Carmel, IN · Hamilton County
Carmel enforces a 20-foot driveway width limit at the Right-of-Way and requires a Consent to Encroach filing for any work in the public easement — two requirements most contractors discover only after pulling the permit.
Westfield, IN · Hamilton County
Westfield's WeConnect portal centralizes all flatwork approvals for the city's fastest-growing residential corridors — SR-32, Ditch Road, and the neighborhoods surrounding Grand Park Sports Campus.
Zionsville, IN · Boone County
Zionsville is our one Boone County city — a different county permit track than Hamilton, plus a Historic Main Street district that triggers architectural review for visible exterior work. We coordinate Town of Zionsville Planning & Building filings and HOA approvals across Holliday Farms, Wolf Run, and The Bridges.
