We pour to two clear specs: 4000 PSI air-entrained concrete for residential flatwork, 4500 PSI for commercial slabs. Both are reinforced — residential gets a #3 rebar grid at 24 inches on center; commercial gets a #4 grid at 18 inches with fiber mesh in the mix. We don't have a "budget mix" for smaller jobs and we don't over-spec a backyard patio by treating it like a parking lot. The standard matches the load — not the customer's wallet.

Indiana's freeze-thaw cycle destroys ordinary 3000 PSI concrete. Madison County sees roughly 60 freeze-thaw cycles per year. Road salt accelerates the damage. We've designed our standard mix around this reality — 4000 PSI with 7% air entrainment builds in the microscopic voids that absorb freeze expansion before it fractures the slab surface.

We work across three service categories: paving and flatwork, excavation and site preparation, and concrete demolition and removal. We self-perform all three, which means the crew doing your subgrade prep is the same crew pouring your slab — no finger-pointing between subs when something doesn't line up.

We also serve Chesterfield and the surrounding rural Madison County area, and the Finch Creek community in Noblesville. Travel is included — we don't charge mobilization fees within our primary territory.

Every project starts with a free on-site estimate. We come to your property, measure the work, evaluate the subgrade, check permit requirements, and write a fixed-price quote within 48 hours. The quote is the price — we don't add contingencies after the job starts.

We handle permits. Every city and county in our territory has its own permit process: Anderson ROW Excavation Permits, Carmel Consent to Encroach, Fishers Activity Permits, Westfield WeConnect, Hamilton County Building Department permits. We've navigated all of them and we handle the submissions as part of the project.

We pour year-round. Indiana winters don't stop us — hot water mix, calcium-free accelerators, and insulating curing blankets let us pour from December through February. You don't lose 4 months waiting for spring if your project timeline doesn't require it.
